Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using kaita? (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Article 1 (Application)
Users shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms. By logging into the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Impersonating other users
- Unauthorized access or actions that compromise the security of the Service
- Actions that place excessive load on the Service
- Actions that violate Google's Terms of Service or API Services: User Data Policy.
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The developer shall not be liable for damages caused by malfunctions or loss of calendar data due to use of the Service, or for damages caused by temporary service interruption, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the developer.
- The developer shall not be liable if the Service becomes unavailable due to Google Calendar API usage restrictions, specification changes, or service termination.
Article 4 (Changes to Terms)
The developer may change the Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary.
Article 5 (Service Suspension and Termination)
The developer may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- For system maintenance and inspection
- When provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- Other cases deemed necessary by the developer
